4. Refusal to Pay Duties:
If the buyer refuses to pay duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by the courier. In such cases:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The buyer may be charged for return shipping or disposal costs.

5. Declared Value:
We are required by law to declare the full value of the goods on all international shipments.

• We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or understate the value.
